Description
Something I've been working on, on-and-off for a while now. I've been trying my hand at 3D modelling. This is my take on the Enterprise-E's transporter room, Star Trek Insurrection time period (2375).
As they never showed much of it in the films (apart from a short scene in Insurrection), I based this mostly on the transporter room from the game, Star Trek: Elite Force II.

I've been trying to get in the right mental headspace about this room and I think you've pushed me in the right direction.
Related: Am I the only one that feels the odd bulky moonshaped console (left of door) is totally out of place in the design? (not yours, the official usage)
